Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus of ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first go through a specified amount of wagering. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus).

• Wagering multiplier: 15x the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = you must wager ৳22,500 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions. See the offers page for full details.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, etc.), the account may be suspended.
• g333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one is already active.

General Gaming Terms

VIP Program

• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g333 platform. They may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the gaming system.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Making deposits or withdrawals from a third-party account.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.

In the event of any suspicious activity, g333 reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take necessary action — without prior warning.

g333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request made under the responsible gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through g333 support. Any remaining balance (if eligible for withdrawal) will be returned before closure. Restoration of a closed account may not always be possible.
